From the back of an ambulance to the heart of the billing office, my journey in EMS has always been driven by one goal: serving those who serve others.

I’ve been a Certified Ambulance Coder since 2014 and a Certified Ambulance Documentation Specialist, with hands-on experience as a certified EMS provider. That combination of field experience and deep knowledge of medical billing gives me a unique perspective, I’ve been on both sides of the call. I know what it’s like to respond to emergencies, and I also understand how critical it is to document and bill those services accurately.

I hold a BBA in Finance, which gave me the tools to not just understand numbers, but to optimize revenue while maintaining full compliance with ever-evolving regulations. Over the years, I noticed how often EMS agencies were struggling, not because they weren’t providing excellent care, because their billing systems were inefficient, inconsistent, or just plain overwhelming.

So, I decided to change that.

I started this business because I wanted to do something I love; bringing clarity, compliance, and compassion to ambulance billing. My goal is simple: to help EMS teams focus on saving lives, while I focus on securing the revenue they’ve rightfully earned.

This isn’t just billing, it’s supporting the lifeline of emergency care. And that’s a mission I’m proud to stand behind every day.
